Return And Refund Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

Your satisfaction with our wellness products is our priority. Returns may be eligible under these conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, in original sealed packaging, and in perfect condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Personalized wellness products cannot be returned
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Personal care items (e.g., applicators, tools)
  • Perishable items (e.g., certain supplements)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer care at foreveryooungpharmacy@gmail.com or 7021613561 within the eligible period. Our wellness advisors will guide you through the process.

4. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund if approved. Refunds for eligible products will be credited within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for:

  • Defective or damaged products (report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect items shipped by us

Exchanged products will be shipped within 7-10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error. For defective products, we will arrange pickup.

7. Product Safety Notice

For hygiene protection, we cannot resell returned wellness products. All returns are properly disposed of according to safety regulations.
